In April Centennial Park at Millsap Mountain in Fayetteville, Arkansas will host two US Pro Cup cross country mountain bike races for Elite and Junior racers.
Central Arkansas will have 28 miles of new trail to enjoy soon with the opening of the Monument Trail system at Pinnacle Mountain State Park, and the construction of new trail at the River Mountain and Two Rivers Parks in Little Rock.
A National Park in Australia gets two mountain bike specific trails, while bike parks are built and expanded in the western USA. Plus, Maine, Arkansas (naturally), British Columbia, Alberta, and North Carolina get in on the action.
